Here our company receive a minimum 20% fee on the funding gained on any innovation conceptualized during our sessions together and in most cases a small up front consultancy fee to galvanise commitment.
This process works for big budget projects that aren’t necessarily pure innovation and for large departments who again aren’t all “Men in white coats.”
Here we can often support you in the development and incubation of your ideas.
Often our innovation clients receive significantly more funding(8x the funding) for significantly longer periods of time (5 years plus) than straight R&D clients.

Project Funding
Project FundingOur second model is where by you have an R&D project you are sure will pass and receive funding but you don’t know how, where or exactly what to apply for regarding the project. In this case The Change offer extremely market competitive rates and agree to price matching on equivalent services.
Think of this process as us supplying the process and you supplying the ideas.
This service comes in a variety of models.
You can pay up front.
We can take risk on the application at a low percentage.
We can hold your hand along the way in a virtual or physical way.
NB all in person meetings come with a fixed fee plus travel expenses.
